Model A – no 21% VAT upfront

You do not pay the VAT upfront. This is how it works:

  1. You pay netYou pay the price without 21% VAT, via iDEAL.
  2. You sign the deedAt checkout you put a digital signature under the Deed of Assignment (Akte van Cessie).
  3. The refund goes to usThe VAT refund goes directly to Ampflow Energy.

If the Dutch Tax Administration definitively refuses the refund because the buyer’s details are incorrect, the VAT amount is still due. Read article 2 of the terms and conditions.

What do I need to sign at checkout?

The Deed of Assignment: you read the text, enter your name, sign and tick the box to agree. Without signing you cannot complete your order. The deed itself is in Dutch; an English explanation is shown with it.

When does the battery become mine?

As soon as the full purchase price has been paid. Until then the product remains the property of Ampflow Energy.

How do I pay?

Via iDEAL at checkout.
