Cookies

We only place functional cookies: cookies needed to make the site work. No analytics cookies and no advertising cookies. That is why we do not ask for consent and you do not see a cookie banner.

woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cartLets the site know there is something in your cartUntil you close the browser

When paying you go to Mollie; Mollie places its own functional cookies there. Our fonts are on our own server, so your browser does not connect to Google or other parties for fonts.

Visitor statistics

We keep track of how the site is used so we can improve it: how many visitors come, how they arrive (for example via a search engine or directly), roughly from which region, at what times and which pages they view. For this we use Matomo, which runs on our own server. The data does not go to Google or any other party.

Matomo places no cookies. Your IP address is stored shortened straight away (the last two parts become zeros), so it can no longer be traced back to you; the region is determined before shortening and then only kept as a city or province. Personal codes in links, such as in a cancellation or appointment link, are removed from the address before it is stored. We delete the individual visit data after 13 months; after that only the totals remain. Legal basis: legitimate interest. If you do not want to be counted, turn on “Do Not Track” or a statistics blocker in your browser.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and question by email so we can answer you. We keep that email as long as needed to handle your question, and after that only if it belongs to an order or invoice. Legal basis: your consent, which you give when sending.

Security

Our sites run on our own server in the Netherlands and are only reachable via a secure connection (https). Only we have access to the admin.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your data, and you can object to its use or ask us to restrict it. You can also ask to receive your data in a file. Send your request to info@ampflowenergy.nl; we respond within one month. Data we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, can only be deleted once the retention period has ended.

Do you disagree with how we handle your data? Let us know first. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If we change this privacy statement, you will see it from the date at the top. For important changes we inform existing customers. If the English and Dutch versions differ, the Dutch version applies.
